Derbyshire County Council wanted to encourage creative teaching practice in schools and so turned to us. We suggested it may be a good opportunity to engage directly with a bunch of young people studying 6th Form Media Studies at our local secondary. Having held initial marketing workshops with the groups a select team of 8 joined us for the project developing their ideas based around random pairings - kicked off with sheep and biscuits. OK, so not so random as sheep represent Derbyshire and biscuits? Well what else do you find in every school staff room? Brochures featuring past examples, posters and leaflets were created as well as a website, but sadly their idea of the travelling Sheep Van never got off the drawing board...
