Creative Partnerships

We've experience in a wide range of educational establishments - from running pin-hole camera workshops for Y2s (complete with under desk dark room...) to 2nd Year University Undergrads - but one of the most rewarding has to be Kingsmead Referal Unit in Derby. Working with small groups of excluded kids, you're constantly reminded of how surprising young people can be and how important and ingrained media is in their lives. They took to animation and web workshops like proverbial ducks to water and even in short burst sessions produced original and often hilarious pieces of work. All of which were showcased on the newly created school website, to be officially launched Spring 2010.
